Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 24 to 48 hours after payment has been successfully received and verified.
Payment Verification
Orders will not be shipped until payment has cleared. Any delays in payment authorization may result in a delay in shipment.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to become active.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We partner with reliable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ensure safe and timely delivery. Standard shipping times vary depending on destination, typically ranging from 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.
Shipping Areas
We currently ship orders within the continental United States. For orders to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations, please contact us prior to placing your order for a customized shipping quote.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Wayborn Home Furnishing is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Damaged or Lost Packages
In the rare event your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date or expected delivery date. We will coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on availability and warehouse location. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment if applicable.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.
