We want you to love what you bring home. If you need to return an item, please review the following guidelines before getting started—or feel free to contact our customer service team at customerservice@wayborn.com for assistance.
Return Window & Eligibility
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the invoice date.
Claims for defects or missing parts must be made within 7 days.
All returns and exchanges require an RMA number—no exceptions.
Closeout and final sale items are not eligible for return or credit.
Returns are issued as store credit only.
Condition Requirements
Items must be returned in their original packaging, including boxes and materials, with no writing or markings on the packaging.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been used, assembled, or previously displayed.
Damaged or Defective Items
Claims for damage or defects must include photos. Please email them to customerservice@wayborn.com.
Be sure to inspect all boxes upon delivery. If damage is visible, note it before signing the freight bill. If the item was left without a signature and appears damaged, contact us immediately so we can assist with the carrier.
Shipping Responsibility
Depending on the reason for the return, you may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Usage Notice
Our products are designed for residential use only. Damage from commercial, industrial, institutional, or rental use—as well as normal wear and tear—is not covered under our return policy.
