Return Policy

If you feel the need to return any item please note the following before starting the return process. Or if you’d like call or email customer service and we can help guide you through this process.

  1. All claims for defective or damaged, merchandise must be packed in original boxes with original packaging, without any writing or marks on the boxes.
  2. Pictures are absolutely required to claim merchandise defect or damage. Please email pictures to our customer service department at: customerservice@wayborn.com.
  3. Returns and Exchanges are allowed within Thirty (30) day from the invoice date. Claims for defects or missing parts must be made within Fifteen (15) days. RMA number is required for all returns and exchanges. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  4. Closeout and final sale items are NOT eligible for return or credit.
  5. Please note that depending on the reason for you returning an item, you may be responsible for the return freight. We will NOT accept any exchanges or returns on any used, previously displayed or assembled merchandise.
  6. All returns will be for store credit only.
  7. Inspect all boxes delivered prior to signing any freight bill. If the box was left at the door with no signature but there is damage please contact us immediately so we may contact the delivery company.
  8. All merchandise is intended for residential use only, and not designed for industrial, commercial, institutional and rental use. Damages caused by such uses and normal wear & tear are not eligible for return or exchange.
